Where do I start? This was the condition of the apt that we moved into. New management came on board about a year and a half later after our move. I notified the previous manager and current manager my concerns prior to our move out bc I did not want to be held responsible for the condition we moved into. Fast forward to over 1 month post move out- no word on security deposit. Sent multiple emails back and forth and they are withholding our deposit and stated that we owe money for cleaning fees. Some cleaning fees I expected, however per the cleaning fees they sent us were of the damages I had previously reported upon move in. Management has stopped responding to my emails, and at this point I think they deserve this review. Also legally in Florida if they don’t disclose withholding within 30 days- you’re entitled to your deposit back. Also if sienna bay would like to address this review- call me and let’s work something out and I’ll delete this review. If not , this review will forever be left on your page. I have many other complaints but this bites the big one. Update: Rebeca Lindsay the manager never responded to emails. In retaliation they had a debt collector send us a notice. We moved out March 31st. I didn’t receive a notice of withholdings until May 1st until I reached out to the assistant manager named Brekke.

These people are charging me two grand for carpet replacement. The laundry rooms are always closed with broken machines. I lived there for two years always paid my rent on time and just got a debt collection notice even though I left with a zero balance. Stay far away from this place. Management doesn't help with anything. Oh yeah, they shut the pool down all summer because it was so badly vandalized by their own tenants. Live somewhere else.

Be aware of this complex when you move out they send a cleaning fee to the debt collectors without any notice to pay, will raise your rent 300$ after your lease is up, never responds to emails, tried to tack on extra fees in the lease and when brought up they just say it was accidentally put there. One time Maintenance came to fix the washer and dryer and broke our AC then waited two days for someone to come out just to tell us the Maintenance switched the wrong breaker it was never broken.

I feel very unsafe here. -No tracked (email or online)communication from the office for updates. -I had my car towed 3 feet from my door, despite parking and living in the same spot for almost 2 years?! -I had someone who works here come into my apartment one day while I was outside without permission nor scheduled appointment! As a female that lives alone, this was absolutely horrific. Inside there’s painted over rusting fixtures & outside the gutters are propped up diagonally against the building or hidden in bushes. I wake up to wine boxes at both of my doors since I live next to the pool. Again, I feel very unsafe here.

I've been living here at Sienna Bay over 3 years and I must say without the help and support from Brekka Boots I would not have made it here that long comfortably. Brekka makes sure all maintenance requests is done in a timely manner and all my needs for my apartment is done correctly. Brekka is by far the Best property Manager I have Ever met. Her love and care for her job is unmatched. Definitely My Favorite!!

I've been here for almost 3 years an love my lake front an pool view. Let's not forget to mention my favorite apartment manager Brekka Boots she goes above an beyond for her residents shes fought hard for things others would have turned a blind eye too; also shows that she is a human just like us no one is perfect but if u work with eacthother things can work out for the best. Communication is key sticking to your word is everything an that she does. If you've had problems sometimes it's not always on the property or in their hands you have to look at it at all angles sometimes we can have the resources but thats doesnt mean they are going to do what they are paid for.ive experienced alot of different things living here an everytime my work orders get done probably not to my liking but it's done an thats the best they can do because I can't do it so I thank you all.

If I could give them a 0-star rating, I would. This complex is the biggest rip-off and is run by the biggest liars I've ever met. Management will lie to you at every opportunity. We had mold for MONTHS and nothing was done about it. Four to be exact. When Brekka had the opportunity to come and test for mold initially, rather than spend the $50 to have it tested for, lied to my face and said there was no mold. I had to get my own test to get any action on this. And it still never got fixed. Watch out for apartment 790A, I bet it still has mold in it because these people are too lazy to do the right thing. The entire move out process has been hell. I'm still being lied to, months after I've left. And being hit with every charge under the sun, as if I didn't pay them rent for three months while coughing up blood, mold, and god knows what. Do not rent from these people. They will make you live to regret and lie to you the entire time.
